Your IP isn't banned, i would say this is a DNS issue or your ISP is having a problem.

Please try flushing your DNS cache.

I flushed my DNS and changed them. I get a connection interupted error. I really need this fixed.

Chris, there isn't that much we can do for you.

It seems it isn't happening to anyone else here apart from you.

We suggest you just keep trying, and if nothing happens in a couple of hours, try just contacting your ISP.

This seems to be a client-side DNS problem.

Try clearing your DNS cache, resetting your modem, or even contact your ISP.
